The much anticipated return of the Swan Hellenic line has been marred by the cancellation of its inaugural cruise – and news that passengers will have to pay the highest fuel surcharges in the cruise industry.A nine-day tour of the Norwegian fjords by the 350-berth Minerva, which was due to depart yesterday, was called off after problems with generators.
